Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At the glam house, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and practitioners, please read our booking policy carefully before scheduling your appointment.

Deposits

  • All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Your deposit secures your appointment slot and is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you wish to rebook after a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

Prepaid Treatment Courses

For clients who have purchased a course of treatments:

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that session.

  • Missed sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or credited.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule fairly and offer availability to other clients.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Clients who do not attend without notice may be required to pay in full upfront for future bookings.
