At the glam house, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and practitioners, please read our booking policy carefully before scheduling your appointment.
Deposits

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Your deposit secures your appointment slot and is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
If you wish to rebook after a late cancellation, a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.
Prepaid Treatment Courses
For clients who have purchased a course of treatments:

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that session.

Missed sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or credited.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule fairly and offer availability to other clients.
No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Clients who do not attend without notice may be required to pay in full upfront for future bookings.
